The Process of Treatment
During treatment, you will participate in various kinds of therapy. The two main kinds are group therapy and individual therapy. The goal is to get you to recognize patterns and developing new coping skills so that you don’t slip back into anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating.

You will also participate in individual therapy. During these sessions, you will have one-on-one time with your therapist and be able to delve deeper into issues surrounding your disorder that you may not feel comfortable talking about in a group. Treatment will also consist of learning about nutrition. The goal is to shift your mindset from abusing your body to lovingly nourishing your body with the right food. Education is offered to help you figure out your best dietary needs.
